When you book a table or contact us via canalisclub.com.vn, Canalis Club collects:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Date, time, party size
• Notes / special requests (optional)

We also use cookies and Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve user experience.

2. Purpose of Use

• Confirm your booking via phone or Zalo within 5 minutes
• Serve you at the venue on the night you arrive
• Send special event invitations (only if you opt in)
• Measure ad performance and optimize the website

3. Data Storage

Booking data is stored in an internal Google Sheet, and notifications are sent via Gmail and Telegram to the Canalis Club team. Data is retained for up to 12 months for operational purposes.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Canalis Club does NOT sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond the operational platforms (Google Workspace, Telegram) directly involved in processing your booking.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request the information Canalis Club holds about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for event invitations

6. Cookies & Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Vercel Analytics to measure traffic. You can disable cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies does not affect the booking function.

7. Security

The website uses mandatory HTTPS (HSTS preload). API endpoints are protected by Vercel and rate-limiting. Customer data is transmitted via end-to-end encrypted connections.
